Secured better mental health services on the Gold Coast

Provided 2,263 additional Commonwealth funded university places at Griffith University
Delivered $3.5 million to build a state-of-the-art science teaching building at Griffith University
Injected $8.4 million to upgrade classrooms and facilities at Gold Coast schools under the Investing in our Schools programme
$18.9 million to build a dedicated Australian Technical College on the Gold Coast
$700 tutorial vouchers to help struggling Gold Coast students meet literacy and numeracy standards

Delivered 167 per cent funding increase to upgrade Queensland roads
